Ken Cordes’ experience includes marketing and production in a variety of media, the results of which have garnered him Addys, Gold Records and additional niche-area accolades. His passions center around creativity and technology with a focus on digital for the past 26 years.
After achieving degrees in psychology, speech communications and recording engineering, Ken first began his career as an announcer and program director in radio and then moved into television, working with major networks including NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, Universal and TNN. Concurrently, he built, owned and managed a successful state-of-the-art recording studio in Orlando. There he helped develop acts such as SNAP, The Backstreet Boys, N’Sync and others; his publishing company, record label and music service company were sold to major industry entities.
Ken credits his success across media types to being able to deliver an on-target quality product through first identifying and then understanding and marketing to key audiences.
With a hands-on mastery of digital marketing and after holding principal roles in integrated and digital marketing companies for more than 15 years, in 2016 he developed INBO Marketing as a vehicle to help businesses grow online.

Having directed several dozen freelance writers as Executive Editor with Transmedia Communications, Kami blends her skills as a writer | editor with her roles as a strategist, creative and technician to develop audiences for clients intent on growing their online presence and market share.
At Digital Day Creative Group, she was a part of the team who produced mini-sites and promotions for the J.M. Smucker Co.| Today Show | PBS. Kami also pioneered the use of 30-second music clips online with greenlighting from the legal department at a major recording conglomerate. She employs a plethora of digital platforms to achieve marketing and communications results for brands, independent agencies and others.
Her hobbies include photography, golf and interior remodeling.
